Chelsea joins Advantage Point Solutions as Vice President of Account Management, bringing over a decade of experience in pharmaceutical strategy, market access, and managed care. She is recognized for her leadership in complex contracting, negotiation strategy, and payer collaboration, delivering data-driven solutions that create measurable value for both manufacturers and payers.
Prior to APS, Chelsea led high-impact pharmaceutical manufacturer negotiations at Ascent Health Services, managing a portfolio supporting more than 115 million U.S. commercial pharmacy benefit lives and contributing over 23% of the company’s annual rebate revenue. She drove strategy across key therapeutic categories, strengthened formulary access, and delivered predictable savings, while helping shape enterprise contracting initiatives and mentoring cross-functional teams.
Earlier, at Evernorth Health Services–Express Scripts, Chelsea advanced value-based strategies that generated more than $180 million in estimated client savings and partnered with senior leadership across contracting, formulary, procurement, specialty pharmacy, and finance.
Chelsea earned her Pharm.D. from the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Colorado State University.
