Registrations canceled more than 60 days before the event receive an 80% refund, while those canceled less than 60 days but more than 30 days receive a 50% refund. Registrations canceled less than 30 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
Registrants must make written cancellation requests to receive a refund. If a written request is not received at least five business days before the event, the registrant is responsible for the full registration fee.
If a cancellation request is made within 10 business days of the event due to an extenuating circumstance, the Committee Chair may review the request and recommend a refund. Examples of extenuating circumstances include death in the family or a positive COVID-19 test.
Substitutions can be made by emailing the conference organizers with the names of the original and substitute registrants. A fee may apply for substitutions made after a certain date.
If the conference is canceled, registrants are usually notified and receive a full refund.
